The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) develops the annual Work Program in collaboration with planning partners throughout the Greater Philadelphia region to reflect and support the region’s short-range transportation planning needs. As part of this process, DVRPC wants to hear from you, your organization, and your community.
On this page, you will find opportunities to share your planning priorities and ideas for possible planning studies or projects. The ideas submitted here will be compiled annually and shared with DVRPC's 18-member Board and the Work Program Committee as a part of that year's Work Program development process.
You can also attend the annual Public Participation Task Force (PPTF) Work Program workshop that is hosted each summer and comment on the annual draft Work Program during the public comment period each winter. Find information about the Task Force on the Events Calendar and PPTF webpage, and keep up to date on DVRPC’s Work Program public comment period as well as other important announcements by registering for DVRPC’s “Public Participation and Public Notices'' emails or subscribe to this project using the "Stay Informed" widget on the right side of this page.

At its January 25, 2024 meeting, the DVRPC Board adopted the final Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), pending the resolution of outstanding comments by funding partners. This document outlines all of the federally-funded planning projects slated for the nine-county region from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Visit DVRPC.org to review the Work Program.
