Port Richmond Neighborhood Action

I live in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. I am a member Port Richmond Neighborhood Action (assoc). Port Richmond could definitely benefit with the Indego program. Too many people are sitting or standing in the middle of the roads begging, several have been hit and killed by cars. Too many accidents in general. We could use a municipal parking lot or two. Thank you
